HOW CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
a. Choose the amount you would like to give.  
b. Add the recipient's name, email address as shipping address  
c. The gift card will be emailed to the recipient.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?

Physical and virtual gift cards are redeemable in-store and online. In store: present the card or virtual gift card number / email on your phone to any sales associate at checkout.  
Online: enter the 16 digit number in the payment section during checkout. The gift card keeps track of the balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then use it again on another with the remaining balance. If the value of your order is greater than the value of your gift card, we will require a credit card to charge the balance of the order. You can also enter multiple gift cards at checkout.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

If you are returning merchandise purchased with a Gift Card, you will be credited in the form of a Gift card. If there is a balance on the gift card used on your order, the refund will be added to your original gift card. 
If you used both a gift card and a credit card, your credit card will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original gift card.

ARE THERE SHIPPING CHARGES ON GIFT CARDS?

Gift cards purchased online are virtual (i.e., sent via email) and thus have no shipping charge. When making a purchase, gift cards can be applied to cover tax and shipping fees.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards will be replaced if lost or stolen if the original receipt is obtained and can be verified; however, they should be treated as cash. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card.
