Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost depends on the destination and the quantity of your order. For one helmet, the below price list is applicable.
USA: $5.99 (USPS or Fedex depending on destination) or Free standard delivery for orders over $100
UK: $5.99 (Royal Mail) or Free standard delivery for orders over $100
Europe: $14.99 (Royal Mail international or DPD)
Rest of the world: $17.99 (Royal Mail international or DPD)
Package shipping internationally might be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and/or additional local fees imposed by the destination country. Sawako does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. Certain countries might also require additional documents. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

Shipping timeOur items are usually sent out from our UK location. The Royal Mail information as a rule of thumb, based on the service normally used to send individual items, is as below.
USA: 3-5 working days
UK: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the world: 5-7 working days
The bulk parcels vary depending on the company used and we always go for the cheapest option. Please allow extra time for peak seasons such as Christmas.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.
