Please email info@sawako.com with your order number before sending your return. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, notify us within 14 days after delivery and send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

Contacting us helps ensure your parcel reaches the correct location; your statutory cancellation rights do not depend on our approval.

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind returns outside these periods. This does not affect your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
