If you want to return or exchange the products, no problem! You have a 30 days from the date of delivery to inquiry about a return/exchange. Please email us at email@example.com with the reason for your return.
For items returned by mail, once we receive the item, items in saleable condition will be credited in 4-6 business days. It may take a few additional days to reflect on your account.
Depending on your location, we can offer you to return either to our US warehouse or UK warehouse. Please email us first to confirm.
US Return: For returns (except defective items) within US, we can offer you a pre-paid label, then we deduct $7.99/helmet for shipping and handling from the refund.
UK Return: We find that Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for Small Parcel is often the most economical way to send it back to our warehouse in Derbyshire. Please write to us to confirm the details.
International Return: For international returns outside US/UK, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return shipping, including duty and tax. Please return with the most economical trackable service. Please email to confirm the return address.
